I just got a call from the Androscoggin Bank here is Brunswick.  They want my photos for their Bath Road branch office.  Nice.

I just finished downloading iPhoto to my iPad and this is my first product. Thanks to Miss M in Virginia for being an inspirational model.

This is one of my favorite shots from my photoshoot with Heather Olson this week.  We were lucky enough to stumble upon this old warehouse in Brunswick. The lighting made getting a propper exposure difficult but I relied on my trusty Sekonic meter and pulled it off.

This is a digital painting of Browns Head Light on Vinalhaven Island, Maine.  I just printed it on canvas and really like the result.  It will look even nicer when mounted and varnished.

This is for Tom B who had not seen my digital painting of the Black Swan.

Shot at the Brunswick Naval Air Station. October 19
Shot at Tom Bailey's studio in the Fort Andross Mill, Brunswick, Maine.  The light was just beautiful.

And this was one of the infrared shots I did of Heather next to Bowdoin Pines on the same day.

HDR photo from Fort Popham in Phippsburg, Maine.  The stone and light here is absolutely fantastic.

From our trip to Arizona.  Antelope Canyon on the Navajo reservation in northern Arizona.  A truly magical place.
Here's a photo composite I've been working on for some time.  I think I'm finally getting the result I envision.  This is a composite of two photos, one taken in a farmhouse and the other of a sunrise on the outer banks of North Carolina.  The ocean and the model were both manipulated to look like I envisioned them to be when combined. This is the "Gee whiz" part of photography I enjoy so much. I need a good title for this.  Any ideas?

Grand Canyon snowstorm

This is a photo taken on the south rim of the Grand Canyon during an April snowstorm.  Conditions were absolutely horrible and I was "underdressed"!  I think it was worth the risk to equipment and personal health.

Artwalk

Maine Coast Lighthouse Stairs

Wow, what a job!!  I have finally edited my photos, ordered them, ordered mats and backers and mounting supplies.  What was I thinking entering two shows?  Oh well, it will be fun when it's done.

I'm showing mostly Maine landscapes this time.  As time goes by, I'll be adding other "edgier" items.

Just in case you all don't know;  First Friday Artwalk is in Portland, ME (Second floor State Theater)
Second Friday Artwalk is in Brunswick, ME (I'm at 98 Main St., upstairs)
